How to Submit a Picture to
Our Family Reunion Chart Gallery

If this idea interests you, and you have a picture that fits the bill, you are enthusiastically invited to take part! The picture will remain your property, will be immediately removed from display upon request, and will be used for no other purpose than our “Family Reunion Chart Gallery.” For privacy purposes, photos and graphics of charts will be displayed at a resolution that will prevent disclosure of detailed text information. Additionally, your name will not be included unless specifically requested.

If you have a digitized photo, just e-mail it to reunionpics@familygraphics.com as an attachment. If all you have is a hardcopy photograph, we would be happy to scan it and return it to you. If you don’t have a photo, we can convert your original chart file to a graphic, like the Thomas chart in our gallery page. One last alternative way to include your picture is if you have it on your own personal home page, we’d be happy to add a link to your site. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Photo submission constitutes your agreement not to hold Heartland Family Graphics or its associates liable for the actions of others who would have access to the picture on display. (Bottom line: if the picture’s on the net, we can’t control who copies it or what they do with it. A picture like we’re talking about doesn't pose much of any kind of risk for anyone, but we can’t do a bulletin board if we’re held responsible for what others might do.)
